Whipped Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

358 grams sifted powdered sugar

60 grams Dutch cocoa powder

84 grams butter , room temperature

45 grams evaporated milk

4 grams vanilla

Instructions

Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar together.

In a separate bowl, cream butter until smooth and gradually beat in sugar and evaporated milk.

Blend in vanilla.

Beat until light and fluffy.
