enough peanut oil
250 grams onion
16 grams minced garlic
250 grams onion
33.5 grams tikka masala seasoning
113 grams chickpeas
1 paneer
1 crushed tomatoes
1 coconut milk
Chickpeas and paneer are interchangeable protein add-ins. Use any amount desired.
Make basmati rice.
Heat oil over medium-high.
Saute onion until almost caramelized.
Add garlic and finish caramelizing.
Add seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, milk, and chickpeas.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add paneer.
Simmer for 10 more minutes.
