4.5 grams sesame oil
3 grams ginger
10 grams garlic
27 grams tamari
15 grams rice vinegar
8 grams maple syrup
120 grams water
60 grams cornstarch
3 grams salt and pepper
0.5 grams red pepper flakes
1 grams paprika
Mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry.
Heat oil in saucepan. Add everything except cornstarch mixture, cook for 2 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixture to thicken.
Season with spices, cook until desired consistency.
