1 tofu, beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp
1 shallots
10 grams garlic
100 grams carrots
1 broccoli
1 cauliflower
1 cabbage
100 grams green beans
1 pea pods
30 grams spinach
1 water chestnut
For meat; cut into thin strips and fry in separate pan without onions or garlic.
For tofu; get extra-firm and deep fry covered in cornstarch.
In the main woc, fry vegetables in order of cooking time (roughly given in order of ingredients).
Add sauce and garnish with meat or tofu.
