Sloppy Joe

Ingredients

1 Kaiser Rolls
453 grams ground beef or Boca crumbles
50 grams red onion
2 grams garlic powder
10 grams yellow mustard
120 grams ketchup
4 grams brown sugar
10 grams molasses
1 grams salt and pepper

Instructions

Brown meat. Mix spices. Simmer until good consistency.
