42 grams olive oil
42 grams butter
1 whole mushrooms
5 grams garlic
15 grams red wine
3 grams salt and pepper
Heat oil and butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook all dry ingredients until mushrooms are lightly browned.
Deglaze pan with wine, reduce heat to low, and simmer until mushrooms are tender, ~6 minutes.
