Ingredients

120 grams flour

24 grams sugar

4 grams baking powder

2.8 grams baking soda

3 grams salt

1 egg

14 grams butter

227 grams buttermilk

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients.

Melt butter, mix with egg and buttermilk; whisk well.

Cook on griddle.
