2 grams yeast
6 grams sugar
60 grams warm water
5 grams milk
1 egg
14 grams butter
100 grams bread flour
1.5 grams salt
enough ghee
Makes about enough for 2 people.
Activate yeast.
Melt butter and mix with milk.
Whisk in egg.
Separately combine flour and salt.
Combine all wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Mix well and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Divide into evenly sized pieces.
Proof for 15 minutes.
Roll flat and cook in a hot wok or skillet.
Brush tops with ghee.
