Preheat oven to 360 F.
Caramelize onions, adding garlic towards the end.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and meat, mix just to combine.
Shape into loaf on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Add glaze and bake for another 20 minutes.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
