Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

enough olive oil

100 grams red onion

16 grams minced garlic

118 grams red wine

1 crushed tomatoes (canned)

1 tomato paste (canned)

5 grams special italian seasoning

240 grams water

Instructions

Warm tomatoes with seasoning in large pot.

Caramelize onion in small saucepan.

Add garlic towards the end.

Deglaze pan with wine.

Add mixture to tomato.

Thin with water.

Cook for an hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
