1 of chilled rice
1 fried tofu
2 eggs
42 grams butter
15 grams garlic
75 grams onion
60 grams carrot
1 Shiitake mushrooms
80 grams frozen or fresh peas
70 grams soy sauce
4.5 grams sesame oil
Make and chill rice a day ahead of time.
Fry tofu at same time.
Scramble eggs and set aside.
Stir fry onion and garlic.
Add other vegetables until cooked.
Add rice and seasonings, fry until ready.
