1 fettuccine noodles (3 eggs worth)
35 grams butter
240 grams cream
12 grams minced garlic
50 grams Parmesan
1 mushrooms
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Add cream and garlic, simmer for 5 minutes.
Add most of the cheese, whisk quickly.
Add rest of cheese just before serving.
Garnish with the parsley if desired.
