Ingredients

453 grams dry chickpeas

75 grams onion

10 grams parsley

25 grams garlic

12 grams flour

10 grams salt and pepper

10 grams cumin

2 grams coriander

0.5 grams cayenne

0.25 grams cardamom

1 Nandos Peri Peri

1 mini cucumber

1 Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

Soak beans overnight.

Grind entire mixture well in a food processor.

Shape and deep fry at 375 F until golden brown.
