Ingredients

57 grams butter

33 grams sugar

1 egg

112 grams buttermilk

1.5 grams baking soda

60 grams cornmeal

60 grams flour

1 grams salt

Instructions

Preheat to 375 F.

Melt butter.

Stir in sugar.

Add eggs, beat.

Combine buttermilk and soda, stir into mixture.

Add remaining ingredients, stir until blended.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until slightly brown on top.
