Chocolate Doughnut Icing

Ingredients

86 grams powdered sugar
36 grams Dutch cocoa powder
0.33 grams salt
30 grams milk
3 grams vanilla

Instructions

Do not forget to sift dry ingredients.
Combine until smooth in stand mixer.
Spread on doughtnuts immediately.
