200 grams sugar
246 grams dark corn syrup
113 grams butter
115 grams cream
2 grams vanilla
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 248 F.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into a greased pan and let cool.
