10 grams garlic
125 grams minced white onion
1 fresh tomatoes
40 grams black bean chili spice
200 grams dried black beans
enough peanut oil
Carefully caramelize onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes.
Mix all dry ingredients separately and add to the mixture.
Add beans and some extra oil.
Stir and simmer for at least 70 minutes.
